40.5kV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) DYGIS-40.5 09

DYGIS-40.5 Series Gas insulated switchgear is new generation of GIS products developed by our company.      

They are metal-enclosed and use relatively low pressure SF6 gas as the insulation materials. We use spring operating mechanism and VCB. The high-voltage parts are waterproof and dustproof for they are sealed in the tank. They are rarely affected by environment, and are almost maintenance free.

Our GIS can reliably operate in harsh environments such as damp basements, plateaus with high attitude and large daytime temperature change, and coastal areas with high salt environment. They are suitable for renewable energy, plateaus, subways, high-speed railways, and urban power distribution projects where the space is small or the environment is harsh. They are characterized of high reliability, rare maintenance, and much compact.


Product features

- Customized design solutions conform to high standards;

- Adopting a hermetically sealed and insulated design, without any live parts exposed, it can operate for a long time in aggressive ambient conditions;

-A standardized and modular design structure facilitates ring loop expansion, unit swapping, and scheme changes;

- Compact in size, providing following typical panels: VCB panel, Load switch panel, Rising Panel, Communication panel, PT panel, Metering panel;

- By using plug-in expansion busbars (top expansion or side expansion), free combination can be achieved with full modularity;

- Capable of achieving intelligent distribution;

- A highly reliable operating mechanism fully meets the required inter lock criteria for meddle voltage equipment;

- Advanced processing and testing methods are adopted to ensure the overall airtightness of the gas tank, with an annual leakage rate of 0.01%. When the gas pressure is below a certain value, VCB close will be inhibited.

    ≤5000m

  • Ambient temperature

    -40℃ ~ +55℃

  • Ambient humidity

    The average relative humidity within 24 hours shall not exceed 95%.

  • Installation conditions

  • There are neither explosive nor corrosive gases in the surrounding air. No severe vibration and impact in site. The pollution level does not exceed pollution degree 3.

  • Seismic Intensity

    not more than 9 degree.
