GFX series SF6 gas insulated Switchgear

The GFX series is a new generation SF6 gas insulated switchgear developed by our company in response to the high standardized design requirements of switchgear, based on years of R&D and fabrication of switchgear.

This product is suitable for ring network power supply or radiation power supply systems of three-phase AC 50Hz/60Hz, voltage 6-24kV. All high-voltage live parts of the product, including load switches, circuit breakers, earthing switches, primary busbars, etc., are sealed in a stainless steel tank filled with SF6 gas. With inlet and outlet lines in hermetically sealed elbow-shape cable plugs, switchgears are insensitive to aggressive environment and show superiority in aggressive ambient conditions and narrow spaces, such as urban power supply switch substations, prefabricated substations, underground substations, industrial and mining enterprises, or areas where is humid and dusty.

- By using plug-in expansion busbars (top expansion or side expansion), free combination can be achieved with full modularity;

- Capable of achieving intelligent distribution;

- A highly reliable operating mechanism fully meets the required inter lock criteria for meddle voltage equipment;

- Advanced processing and testing methods are adopted to ensure the overall air tightness of the gas tank, with an annual leakage rate of 0.01%. When the gas pressure is below a certain value, VCB close will be inhibited..

  • Altitude

    ≤ 2000m (customized products of an available altitude≤ 5000m ).

  • Ambient temperature

    -40℃ ~ +55℃

  • Ambient humidity

    The average relative humidity within 24 hours shall not exceed 95%.

  • Installation conditions

    There are neither explosive nor corrosive gases in the surrounding air. No severe vibration and impact in site. The pollution level does not exceed pollution degree 3.

  • Seismic Intensity

    not more than 9 degree.
